The Baansumlee Homestay and Resort located at the milestone 105 the west of Highway A41 in the south of Thailand at Thachana district, Suratthani Province. The house is surrounded by the combination fruit garden such as Durian trees, Longgong trees, Rambutan trees, Banana trees, Pamello trees, and Mangosteen trees with some amount of Rubber trees grown in place of the dead fruit trees.

Baansumlee Homestay and Resort has been renovated from the old wooden house built in 1987. This renovation is to provide a natural living place for the visitor who visiting to the south of Thailand during their holidays or vacations.

4 Bedrooms under the same roof are traditional furnished with facilities provided each floor with 2 showers & toilets, living space and Thai kitchen.

Fruit picking season, here, around June until late August or mid September. It is a very good opportunity if stay in the period that you can experience and enjoy yourself for fruits picking.

Here, you can enjoy outdoor activities such as bike cycling, water rafting in season, day tour as own plan,  cooking your own food, relaxing by listen to the music or watch television where cable service brings in news, movies, music and sports from sattlelite. Also online to the world with internet connection service.

BaanSumlee homestay offers a freestyle living place nearby the fruits garden for you to learn more extractive life from local Southern Thai's. Our place is not far from the palm oil field, natuaral hot spring water, historical places or famous buddha places. Here, you can stay as longer you want to have a simply and local living that you might not ever imagin when staying at your hometown.

บ้านสำลีโฮมสเตย์ แอนด์ รีสอร์ท ตั้งอยู่บนฝั่งตะวันตกของทางหลวง สายเอเชีย หมายเลข เอ 41 สู่ภาคใต้ บริเวณหลักกิโลเมตร 105 ต. คันธุลี อ. ท่าชนะ จ. สุราษฎร์ธานี

บ้านไม้อยู่อาศัยชั้นเดียวถูกยกสูงเป็นบ้าน 2 ชั้นและปรับปรุงต่อเติมให้เป็นเรือนรับรองแขกในลักษณะโฮมสเตย์ โดยชั้นล่างมี 2 ห้องนอน 2 ห้องน้ำ พร้อมล๊อบบี้ และส่วนต้อนรับ ชั้นบนมี 2 ห้องนอน 2 ห้องน้ำ พร้อมห้องโถงใหญ่และครัวไทย บนชั้นสองมีระเบียงกลางแจ้งขนาดใหญ่ เพื่อรับลมและชมดาวยามค่ำคืน

หากเข้าพักในช่วงฤดูผลไม้ (มิถุนายน ถึง กลางกันยายน) ก็สามารถเก็บผลไม้สดๆ จากต้นด้วยตัวคุณเอง  เรามีกิจกรรมกลางแจ้ง เช่น ปั่นจักรยาน ล่องแก่งแม่น้ำละแม  ชมสวนผลไม้ ชมวิถีชีวิตชาวบ้าน ชมการทำผ้าไหมพุมเรียง การทำไข่เค็มไชยาและสถานที่น่าสนใจใกล้เคียง อาทิ สวนโมกขพลาราม สระนาฬิเกร์ พระบรมธาตุไชยา วัดถ้ำใหญ่ท่าชนะ บ่อน้ำร้อนถ้ำเขาพลู  เป็นต้น
